Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped
via UPS Ground Residential delivery,
UPS Ground Commercial delivery or Priority
Mail from the United States Postal
Service (USPS). Please specify your preference on the order form. Orders shipped to
locations outside of the continuous United States are shipped
via Priority Mail from the USPS
regardless of the shipping method selected.
Choosing a Shipping Method: You have the following three options to choose from:
- UPS Ground Residential: Delivery to a residential address (no PO Boxes - use Priority Mail instead). Delivery time (after your order has been processed and shipped) can be estimated by entering 07747 into the "Origin ZIP Code" field in UPS's "Ground Time-In-Transit Maps" found at http://www.ups.com/using/services/servicemaps/servicemaps.html.
- UPS Ground Commercial: Delivery to a business address (no PO Boxes - use Priority Mail instead). Delivery time (after your order has been processed and shipped) can be estimated by entering 07747 into the "Origin ZIP Code" field in UPS's "Ground Time-In-Transit Maps" found at http://www.ups.com/using/services/servicemaps/servicemaps.html.
- Priority Mail (United States Postal Service): Delivery (after your order has been processed and shipped) usually takes 2-3 business days, however, the USPS does not guarantee this.
Special Shipping (Overnight): Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping methods other than UPS Ground and Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). Do not make special requests for delivery such as next day or 2nd day air. Special requests cannot be granted and will only delay the shipment of your order. Please give careful thought to placing an order if you are under a tight deadline for receipt of your product(s).
Order Processing: Most products are shipped within several business days following receipt of your order. Occasionally, due to a delay by the manufacturer, your order may take longer to ship out. Even if delayed (backordered), all orders are usually shipped within two weeks and received within three weeks.
Orders placed over the Internet will be confirmed automatically shortly after you place your order. Thereafter, you will be updated as to the processing status. Upon shipment, you will be provided with a UPS or USPS tracking number so that you may follow your package's progress.
Sales Tax: New Jersey residents will be accessed 7% sales tax.

International Orders: International orders are shipped via Priority Mail International from the U.S. Postal Service. A flat rate handling charge will be added to each international order weighing under 3 pounds. For orders weighing 3 or more pounds, you will contacted via e-mail to authorize additional handling charges. Please refer to the chart below for the handling fee to ship to your country.
